Konečná, J. CSR strategy for the Tourist Information Centre in Brno. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2023. This Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of corporate social responsibility. Its aim was to design an appropriate socially responsible strategy for the municipal contribution organization TIC BRNO. The work is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on domestic and foreign literature. The practical part is based on a qualitative data collection, carried out in the form of a structured interview with a representative of TIC BRNO. Based on the information gathered, the CSR strategy was formulated together with particular step of implementation that will help TIC BRNO to improve awareness of social responsibility in the organization and increase the level of engagement in this area.
Communication strategy of IKEA in the field of CSR in the years 2019-2021

The bachelor thesis deals with the communication strategy of IKEA in the field of CSR in the Czech market in 2019-2021. The theoretical part provides a comprehensive theoretical background to the topic focused on corporate social responsibility and communication strategy. The practical part is focusing on the global furniture company IKEA. The thesis first describes the chosen research methods. Then it offers a brief introduction of the company and its CSR strategy. It describes not only its current approach, which is summarized in the document "People & Planet Positive" updated in 2018, but also the company's journey until then. A subsequent analysis of the communication strategy in the selected period presents a detailed description of the 9 largest CSR campaigns, as well as smaller topics in this area of communication. The analysis also includes an interview with the PR Leader of IKEA Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, which helped to complete the picture of the company's approach to CSR communication. At the end of the thesis, one can also find research in the form of a questionnaire survey conducted to find out consumers' opinions on the issue under study.
Implementation proposal of CSR Management System in selected company

Master's Thesis concentrates on Corporate Social Responsibility and ways of implementation this concept according to selected standards. The objective is to propose specific ways of implementation of the CSR to selected company in furniture industry. The sub-objectives are to conduct a thorough analysis and assessment of current CSR activities and next in making a specific proposal of activities, which can be realized in terms of CSR concept. This thesis has been divided into two main parts practical and theoretical. Theoretical part has been based on basis of the summary information from the technical literature data. Practical part was based on interviews and personal meetings with a variety of emloyees from selected company. Final evaluation and proposals have been drawn up by comparison of theoretical knowledge and gathered information.
Evaluation of social responsibility activities in selected organization

The Bachelor's thesis deals with the theme of social responsibility, or CSR in selected organization and evaluated according to the KORP methodology. According to KORP methodology is performed an external evaluation of the current implemented activities in corporate social responsibility in the organization of Public transport company of Prague, a joint stock company. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the whole concept of CSR from its origins in the world and than in the Czech Republic. Also there is an overview of the concepts and the important aspects that are important for the social responsibility. Next part contains detail description of evaluated organization and explanation the concept of stakeholders. At the end of the theoretical part is description of KORP methodology. In the practical part is performed an assessment of CSR in every criteria, which requires KORP methodology and consequently the evaluation is done. The conclusion outlines strengths of the organization and especially improvement suggestions.
